This form is designed to gather the information needed to create a seamless, inclusive, and meaningful conference experience for everyone involved. Registration Disclaimer – Presenters, Volunteers, and Exhibitors

Please note that registration for volunteer, presenter/speaker, and vendor/exhibitor roles at Connecting the Dots and Connecting the Dots Lite is available by pre-approval only.

To be considered for these roles, individuals and organizations must first submit an application through the appropriate Call for Papers or Call for Exhibitors forms, available on the Connecting The Dots Conference Page. Only those who have been formally approved will be invited to complete role-specific registration.
