Welcome to the registration form for CNIB’s Connecting the Dots Conference

This year, we invite you to join us for Our Community: Shaping the Lens—a national gathering that celebrates the voices, experiences, innovation, and leadership of people who are blind, Deafblind, or have low vision.

Together, we will explore how our community is shaping the future of accessibility, education, employment, technology, health and wellness, advocacy, and social inclusion. Through shared stories, meaningful conversations, and collaborative learning, we will highlight the many ways lived experience continues to influence how the world sees, understands, and supports sight loss.

This year's theme also recognizes the critical role of partnerships in shaping that future. Across sectors, innovative organizations, employers, researchers, educators, and technology leaders are working alongside our community to develop new tools, advance accessibility, and create opportunities that were once out of reach. From emerging assistive technologies and inclusive workplace practices to artificial intelligence and digital innovation, these collaborations are helping redefine what is possible and shaping the lens through which accessibility is designed, experienced, and understood.

Whether you are joining us as an attendee, presenter, exhibitor, volunteer, sponsor, or community partner, your perspective helps shape the conversation. This registration form is designed to gather the information needed to create an inclusive, accessible, and engaging experience for everyone involved. Once you complete the initial registration details, you will be guided to a section tailored to your role.

Presenter, Volunteer, and Exhibitor Registration

Please note that registration for presenter/speaker, volunteer, vendor, and exhibitor roles at Connecting the Dots and Connecting the Dots Lite is available by invitation or pre-approval only.

Individuals and organizations interested in participating in these capacities must first apply through the appropriate Call for Speakers, Call for Papers, or Call for Exhibitors process. Only approved applicants will be invited to complete role-specific registration.
