Welcome to Connecting the Dots online registration. PLEASE NOTE:  If you have already registered previously by participating in one of our in-person events, you have been automatically registered for the upcoming Virtual Event. If you have not, then take advantage of the Early Bird Pricing over the holiday season to get in on this event! Should you have any issues with this form please call 1.800.563.2642 and a member of our team will go through the registration process with you.


Fees


The registration fee is listed below, and you will require a credit card/debit card  to pay online, or you can pay offline by cheque. Please note, if you choose offline payment your registration will not be completed until CNIB receives your cheque mailed to: CNIB National Office, 1929 Bayview Ave., Toronto, ON M4G 3E8. Please include your name and “CTD Registration” on the memo line.
